Industrial Fire Journal and Fire & Rescue are to host a workshop and seminar relating to the continuing impact of Fire Fighting Foam on the  environment and related subjects. A free of charge The conference dinner will take place between days 1 & 2 – it is intended this will be free of charge for delegates.

Speakers are intended to include representatives from  Environment Agencies, Foam and Foam Making Equipment manufacturers, Researchers, Academics and end users. Matters covered will relate directly to scientific research procurement, operational and training use including both strategic and tactical considerations. .

The event will be of interest to a wide range of stakeholders, including:

• Serving fire officers in both Public and Private organisations.
• Petro-chemical Industry and JOIFF members
• Civil Aviation Representatives.
• Ministry of Defence

Option 1 - The cost of exhibiting at the conference is  £1250 + VAT This will provide:

• A minimum  of 2.5 x 2 Metre Exhibition Space, including trestle table, chairs and electrics, for both days.
• Access to set up will be available on Sunday 5 th July from 1300 hrs – 1700 hrs
• 1⁄4 Page advert in the event programme contained within the delegate pack
  
• Your own company table at the Conference Dinner
• You will be allowed to select your own “guests” from the delegate list
• Entry for 2-company representatives at the conference and dinner.
• Additional company representatives will need to be registered as full paying delegates
  
• Discounted hotel rates

Option 2: We are hoping to attract a single sponsor for this event at a cost of £550 + VAT

It is intended to hold a pre-event social gathering on the evening of Sunday 5th July 2009 utilising the Reflections Private Dinning Room, in the De Vere Whites Conference Hotel, from 2000 hrs – 2300 hrs. The event will be open to all delegates, speakers and exhibitors.
