Searching for ATEX lighting?

Published:  11 July, 2014

Peli Products offer a powerful range of ATEX Certified Lights (Zone 1 & 0) for use during industrial emergencies – see the latest additions here.

Peli Products’ wide range of Zone 0 and Zone 1 torches comply with the highest standards of the ATEX Directive and meet the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) requirements.

Designed for use in hazardous areas Peli’s advanced lighting tools are innovative and tough, offering the safety approvals needed for a large variety of industrial emergencies and risky situations. They are also backed by Peli Products’ Guarantee of Excellence.

The Peli Light range brings over 15 models of safety approved lights ATEX Certified, Zone 1 & 0 (Cat. 1 & 2), including these new models:

Peli 3315 LED Zone 0 Light

The 3315Z0 LED light compact design houses 3AA batteries that power a single LED for 110 lumens of super bright light. Safety approved for the most volatile work environments ATEX Cat. 1 (Zone 0), the 3315Z0 LED light is one of the most efficient torches on the market today.

Peli 3715 LED Zone 0 Light

This right angle light with downcast LEDs for outstanding illumination, features 174 lumens (high) and 95 lumens (low). The built-in battery life indicator lets you know the light’s battery level at any time. Compact, rugged, and lightweight, the 3715Z0 LED light contains the latest technology available.

Peli 2745Z0 and 2755Z0 LED Headlights

The 2745Z0 and 2755Z0 headlights are constructed of tough polymer resistant to water and extreme conditions and pivot to a 45-degree angle to direct their clean brilliant light where it’s needed. Both headlights can be used at the highest risk zone where an explosive atmosphere is expected to exist. This converts this model in one of the safest working lights to be used in the most volatile work environments. Each weighs in at just over 85g (3 ounces) with three AAA batteries (included) and come with a cloth strap (comfortable for bare heads).

Peli 9435 Remote Area Lighting System

Built with versatility and safety in mind, the 9435 Remote Area Lighting System (RALS) is a compact, 7,98 kg, portable area lighting system that boasts stringent approvals from ETL (Class 1, Div 2) CE and ATEX. It features a swivelling telescope mast (extends to nearly 1 meter), a 360 degree articulated light array and a wide area handle for easy gloved grip and transport. The 9435’s LEDs and dual power mode (with water-proof switch) radiate 1,500 lumens in high and 750 in low. Powered by a maintenance-free rechargeable battery, the system offers up to 5 hours of peak brightness and takes 8 hours to be completely charged when fully expended.

Peli will be exhibiting its ATEX range during Sapeurs Pompiers France, 1-4 October, in Avignon-Vaucluse.
