DSPA launches a fire control panel for use with its aerosol generators
Published: 01 May, 2012
The fire panel is certified to EN54, EN12094-1 and EN15276-2.
DSPA.nl has been working with LST of Austria to develop a fire control panel specifically for use with DSPA Aerosol Generators. The panel, together with detectors, alarms, cabling and all other ancillary component parts, has been fully certified to EN54, EN12094-1 and EN15276-2.
DSPA.uk will be launching this new system at IFSEC on May 14 - 17 at the NEC in Birmingham.
According to DSPA, there are a number of benefits for using the new modular fire suppression system.
Firstly is efficiency, as it requires only 97.5 gms per cubic metre for Class A fire threats and even less, 32.5 gms per cubic metre, for Class B fire threats.
Secondly, flexibility, as no pipe work or any kind of invasive installation is necessary. No additional storage space is required for the material and the aerosol generators do not need to be maintained under any pressurisation.
Thirdly, economical – because of the simplicity of the schematics, it is even possible to rent a DSPA fire suppression system.
Lastly, it is fully certified and tested by independent accreditation organisations against all the latest EU standards.
