Zambian firefighter responds to the feature on a two billion dollar investment in Russia

Billy Jack Mhlanga from Ndola Fire Brigade in explains why an investment in the Zambian Fire Service is required in response to the article published in Fire and Rescue issue 84 “Russian reform”.

Thank you very much for the magazines you sent me. Oh what a great move for the Russian Government. That is exactly what we need here in Zambia. We are so much behind in terms of technology and the pace at which you people are moving on. Here we have a second world war Bedford as our minor and sometimes major pump, due to the continuously leaking fiber tank of our major pump the Scania.
