Published:  22 August, 2011

TechXchange will provide instant access to industry training at the click of a mouse.

Providing easy access to fire protection and mechanical systems industry training, this new portal means that users can benefit from interactive webinars, self paced E-Learning and hands-on live training. With a wide range of educational and product modules and programmes available, customers are able to register for those best suited to them, tailoring the training to their specific requirements. Courses are aimed at individuals throughout the fire protection and mechanical systems industry, including contractors, designers, distributors and end users, as well as those within the legal, insurance and inspection sectors.

Through the versatile format of both standard and tailored modules, customers can attend webinars wherever they are or E-learning courses at a time suitable for them. This enables them to gain information about a particular topic or product quickly and easily without having to travel.

Live training enables users to share experiences with other attendees, interact with industry experts and experiment with live demonstrations. Carried out by Tyco FPP’s experienced team, these sessions can be arranged at either customers’ premises or at Tyco’s branches and training centres across EMEA territories.

Isa Alp, Director Technical Services & Training EMEA, stated: “We are proud to have developed this platform where our potential and existing customers can get training that is tailored to their needs; either for Tyco FPP’s products or whichever manufacturers’ products they use.

“All our programmes are complemented by our local after-training support team who are available to all customers throughout EMEA, allowing them to continue utilising and improving their new skills.”
