Free pizzas with NFPA Fire Prevention Week 2011
Published: 09 August, 2011
Domino’s Pizza is teaming up with fire departments to help spread the message about home fire safety.
In addition to sending fire safety messages on top of pizza boxes throughout October, participating Domino’s stores will partner with their local fire departments to reward customers who have working smoke alarms.
The fire departments will deliver select orders from the store aboard a fire truck. If all the smoke alarms in the home are working at delivery, the pizza is free. If a smoke alarm is not working, firefighters will replace the batteries and/or smoke alarm and leave the home with a fully functioning fire safety device. Fire brigades interested in taking part should contact Jen Hug of Domino's.
