Kingfell's clients span both public and private sector organisations, especially transport, infrastructure and utilities, property development, facilities management and construction. What all our clients have in common is both a responsibility for large numbers of people as well as an extremely low tolerance of disruption of their normal operations.

Kingfell delivers specialist fire engineering and risk management services. We are renowned for tailor-made, innovative solutions that protect our clients’ businesses, assets and operations, helping them to protect the lives and welfare of their employees and visitors. We are independent of any system vendors and equipment suppliers and as such are free to offer the best, compliant solution at the least cost:

  • Fire consultancy – we provide strategic advice, detailed fire systems design, consequence modelling, as well as quantitative and qualitative risk analysis.
  • Fire engineering – we survey, design, install, commission, certify and then maintain all types of fixed fire protection and detection systems.
  • Risk management – we develop and deliver cost effective risk and asset management solutions for commercial clients and critical infrastructure sites.
  • Fire risk assessment – we deliver cost effective suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments for complex buildings and infrastructure sites.

What differentiates us?

Kingfell is synonymous with "Fire Strategies", the best practice approach to fire systems design that was the subject of the first British Standard – PAS 911, published in 2007. In actual fact Kingfell wrote the specification that now provides the framework for the development of fire strategies for new and existing buildings. Our clients are assured full compliance with the UK fire standards, as well as the latest thinking on optimal fire strategy development.

HOT OFF THE PRESS: Kingfell is pleased to announce the launch of the new code KF912 to assist with the formulation of a crisis management plan. Originally designed as a British Standard PAS, Kingfell decided to publish it themselves. It is free of charge for the PDF version.

Large enough to deliver on major projects, yet small enough to be agile and responsive, Kingfell’s specialist and professional team will not disappoint. Honest, pragmatic help and advice, without the fuss.
