F&R looks at the pick of the products from INTERSEC, a highly successful three-day fire & security show at Dubai World Trade Centre, UAE.

AMG Systems:
[Stand Number 108C] is exhibiting as part of the British Trade Mission at Intersec Dubai. “Building on the success of our recent installa­tions in the UAE, we will be demonstrating the Guardian-LiteT 3700 series. The 3700 series product range integrates the transmission of high quality uncompressed video signals, alongside low speed data and Ethernet distribution,” commented a spokesman.  “The unique dual redundant capability provides complete system resilience. The Guardian-LiteT 3700 series has also been selected for the National Road Telecommunication Services Project (NRTS) in the UK. This 1000+ camera system is a single national approach to the future communications network on the motorways,” he concludes.
EMVME s.a.r.l:
[Lebanon Stand 1121 S] is a limited liability company concentrating on the vehicle sector in the Lebanese and Middle-Eastern markets.

“The commercially-available battery slots into the base of the pistol-grip-style handle where it is easily removed for charging. Battery maintenance is made easy with the Ni-MH battery that has no memory issues,” comments an Ogura spokesman.
“Chargers are available for in-vehicle or A.C charging and charging time is just one hour. All the tools come in their own carrying cases with battery, battery charger, spanners and manuals. [Stand 1417F] is introducing the POWERMOON, an anti-dazzle portable emergency lighting balloon. Made in Germany to THW, Defence, TUV, and NATO standards, it is a heavy duty, highly mobile and lightweight floodlight. It can be transported in the boot of a car and be carried by a single person. The light can illuminate 2,500 m2 within five minutes. Being non-dazzling and shadow-free it can be used at the roadside on accident scenes without disturbing or disorientating other road users.
Rae Systems Middle East:
