EADS INTRODUCES NETCOS FOR SYNTHETIC MODELLING AND SIMULATION:
“EADS Defence and Security Systems recently launched a revolutionary new synthetic modelling system called NetCos,” Steve Whitby, Deputy Head of Government and Civil Solutions for the EADS told one of F&R’s reporters at Fire 2005. “NetCos provides fire services and other organisations with a synthetic simulation environment. It is now possible to design, develop, evaluate and scale responses to any emergency scenario ranging from terrorist treats to natural disasters,” Steve continues.
