NH15 is world's smallest

Published:  12 August, 2009

Avon Protection has launched the world’s smallest NIOSH certified CBRN Air Purifying Escape Respirator.

The NH15 has been designed especially for blue light responders who face CBRN incidents. The hood has a lifetime of five years and provides a high level of respiratory, eye and face protection for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the user to evacuate from the contaminated area.

The eye area gives a clear view and aids recognition. The filtration system features twin low-profile filters on a hinge system, making breating easy. In addition, the front reflector simplifies the identification of colleagues in low light environments.
